On the sale agreement previously referred to is a comments box. This is there because we often find that there instances where there may be special instructions to note about access, areas, areas where obstructions can occur, or even where the floor on which a radiator cabinet is to stand may not be completely even, and therefore these notes are important, and the Mayfair Cabinets of London operations department will study in great detail before sending the surveyor out to do the double check. It may also be, of course, that the surveyor will find something else to note.

Additionally, on this sale agreement, it states the time band within which the radiator cabinets will be finished and installed in the customer’s home. This time band is typically 4-8 weeks from the date the sale agreement was signed. Sometimes, this time can be reduced, but so busy are we currently, that we have to state this quickest and longest time span to ensure each and every customer is aware of the likely installation date.

The operations department liaise with the surveyor to offer three potential dates for the survey, and we then contact the customer with a proposed date, but also with two alternatives in case the first one is inconvenient. The survey visit time cannot be specified to the hour, however we offer the survey visit on an am/pm basis.

Once the survey has taken place the customer’s radiator cabinets/covers are ordered from the factory and given an order reference so that it can always be tracked to ensure it will be ready within the time frame specified on the sale agreement.
 
When the radiator cabinet has been manufactured, it is placed into a quarantine area where the cabinet is quality inspected, to ensure size, shape, colour, grille style and other specification have been carried out correctly.

Upon passing inspection, an availability schedule is agreed between the operations department and the installer, with two or three provisional dates agreed for the installation.

The operations department then contact the customer and arrange a convenient installation date, again on an am/pm basis.  

A copy of the survey report is then given to the Mayfair Cabinets of London radiator cabinet installer to take with him on the installation day to ensure nothing has been missed.
